
PUMPKIN PIE FUDGE BITES
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- chocolate chips or any other favorite toppings all optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a pan over low/ medium heat for about 3-5 minutes or until well combined. Make sure to stir often to avoid burning.
- Once combined, pour into silicone cup molds (or can use glass container lined with parchment paper). Add any favorite toppings now. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
- Thaw before eating & enjoy! Great frozen or defrosted. Don’t forget the whipped cream.
