Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a pan over low/ medium heat for about 3-5 minutes or until well combined. Make sure to stir often to avoid burning.
Once combined, pour into silicone cup molds (or can use glass container lined with parchment paper). Add any favorite toppings now. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
Thaw before eating & enjoy! Great frozen or defrosted. Don’t forget the whipped cream.
