An example of a morning ritual is the following: Drink 8oz lemon water, meditate for five minutes and say affirmations outside in the sun for two minutes. Every day tell your body what you want to be true with affirmations. For example: Pick three phrases you would like to be true. The intention on the 10 Health Reset is to limit if not avoid snacking. We want your body to turn into fat burning mode and we want the hormones insulin and glucagon to work their magic. When we are constantly snacking, we slow down this progress. I do include an approved snack cheat sheet in the event that you find yourself needing a bridge snack to the next meal. Otherwise no need to focus on snacks.
You can do anything you love with the exception of any overtraining. Aiming for 7,500-12,000 steps a day is an excellent option. Strength training, pilates and all weight bearing exercise are all fantastic choices.
