We go over nutrients and supplements for each trimester. In addition, you will learn what to avoid, what to eat for each trimester, natural remedies and what to eat and drink for labor.
We work together one on one with carefully curated safe exercises for each trimester. Tailored to your specific needs, any injuries or issues are all considered. Designed to provide a balance of low-impact workouts, stretching, breathing and mindset. With diastasis recti support.
We will connect to your deep core. I will teach you how to strengthen and lengthen your pelvic floor. We will create strong muscles that will serve you through your pregnancy and prepare you for labor.
One of my favorite phases, however, this can feel very intimidating at first. I’m here to help you! Think breastfeeding support, baby led weaning, baby food recipes, introducing solids, picky eating support, milk supply. Plus recipe and meal planning for the entire family.
This phase focuses on helping you reconnect to your core muscles and pelvic floor after your delivery. Usually a six week program designed for healing, recovery, and also when dealing with diastasis recti.
