PROTEIN BALLS

We love these and my kids do ESPECIALLY. Great for any low sugar holiday swap. Can't get enough of these. The texture and taste is similar, kid you not, to the center of a Reese's peanut butter cup (minus all the junk!).
Whip these up in 5 mins and perfect for all. Plus with all the junk out there this time of year, these make a great healthier alternative. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup nut butter I used sunflower seed but almond or peanut butter is great too
  • ¼ cup unpasteurized raw honey
  • 1 scoop protein powder chocolate whey
  • ½ cup cacao nibs or chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl with your hands and then form into 1 inch balls.
  • Place on baking tray and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  • Transfer to a covered container and stored in the fridge.
  • Perfect for a holiday treat or snack anytime!
