
BLUEBERRY CHIA SEED PUDDING - FOR BABY TOO!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond milk can use water
- 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
- 2 tos organic frozen blueberries
- 1-2 tbs applesauce
- 1-2 tsp of fermented sauerkraut juice you'll never know & packed with gut health!
- dash of cinnamon
Instructions
- Put frozen blueberries in a jar. Wait for the blueberries to thaw. Using previously frozen berries allows them to soften and get juicier.
- Now add the almond milk, chia seeds, applesauce and sauerkraut juice. Then a hit of cinnamon if using. Stir well and leave out on the counter until the chia seeds have plumped for about 20 mins or refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
