Instructions
Put frozen blueberries in a jar. Wait for the blueberries to thaw. Using previously frozen berries allows them to soften and get juicier.
Now add the almond milk, chia seeds, applesauce and sauerkraut juice. Then a hit of cinnamon if using. Stir well and leave out on the counter until the chia seeds have plumped for about 20 mins or refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
