BLUEBERRY CHIA SEED PUDDING - FOR BABY TOO!

Loaded with probiotic health too! What's so awesome about this recipe is it's actually for our 9 month old, but dad & I are chowing down on it too.
This is a fantastic recipe also if you are doing baby led weaning.
Great for digestion, immunity and loaded with healthy fats & fiber. For everyone!
If in general you're a chia seed pudding fan, you are going to love this too.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk can use water
  • 2 tbsp organic chia seeds
  • 2 tos organic frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 tbs applesauce
  • 1-2 tsp of fermented sauerkraut juice you'll never know & packed with gut health!
  • dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put frozen blueberries in a jar. Wait for the blueberries to thaw. Using previously frozen berries allows them to soften and get juicier.
  • Now add the almond milk, chia seeds, applesauce and sauerkraut juice. Then a hit of cinnamon if using. Stir well and leave out on the counter until the chia seeds have plumped for about 20 mins or refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
