
PEANUT BUTTER, BANANA, AVOCADO SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1-2 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk or milk of choice - depends how thick you want it
- 1 frozen banana peel & cut before freezing
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2-3 tbsp organic peanut butter or sunflower butter or other nut butter works
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Handful of spinach can be optional if you're not there yet
- 3-4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. (You can try the flavor now and see what else you'd like in it). Serve in 2 glasses. Enjoy!
