GREEN PROTEIN DRINK

I try to start each day with a smoothie like this. Not to mention, this is what I had almost every single morning of both pregnancies.
Packed with protein, fiber and fat it's the perfect way to break your fast. So yes, I have a very healthy smoothie drink to share with you! Try to use all organic ingredients too if possible.
PACKED WITH ANTIOXIDANTS, FIBER, PROTEIN AND ELECTROLYTES. YOU WILL LOVE IT. TRY IT WITH THE KIDS TOO. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz of water or use milk of choice
  • handful of spinach or any mixed greens
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • ½ banana frozen
  • handful blueberries
  • 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
  • Optional: I love adding fresh ginger root

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix well. You can also add in anything else like chia seeds, basil seeds, hemp seeds, etc. Enjoy!
