
GREEN PROTEIN DRINK
Ingredients
- 8 oz of water or use milk of choice
- handful of spinach or any mixed greens
- 1 small cucumber
- 2-3 celery stalks
- ½ banana frozen
- handful blueberries
- 1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
- Optional: I love adding fresh ginger root
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Mix well. You can also add in anything else like chia seeds, basil seeds, hemp seeds, etc. Enjoy!
