Double Protein Yogurt with Chocolate Chips

DOUBLE PROTEIN YOGURT WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS

When clients struggle with protein intake I give them super easy recipes like this. This is also great for serious cravings when you need a little something on the sweeter side.
Simple. Take 1 yogurt (your choice) and 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and mix it very well. (NOTE: You may want to add a few splashes of your milk of choice to get the perfect texture.)
Then I of course add in 2 tsp of chocolate chips and BOOM. Use your favorite brand and I mention some in the recipe.
You can add in anything you fancy though; nuts, fruit, chia seeds, low sugar granola, etc.
SO EASY, SO THICK, PROTEIN-PACKED and SO DELICIOUS.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Yogurt carton 6 oz I recommend Greek yogurt (highest protein) but can also use coconut yogurt (full fat is great)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder vanilla
  • If needed: a few splashes of almond milk or milk of your choice, to thin it out if you feel you need to
  • 2-3 tsp chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips, Lily’s, Hu's to sprinkle in. Or date sweetened chips like Just Date.
  • OPTIONAL add-ins: nuts chia seeds, low sugar granola really anything!

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix in the Greek yogurt and the scoop of protein powder. Mix well. From here add a few splashes of milk of your choice to thin it out if needed. Next, simply add in the chocolate chips. Stir and you are done. Enjoy!

Notes

This yogurt has only around 240 Calories, 36 grams of protein and only 4 grams of fat!
