
AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- ¼ cup raw cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- ¼ cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 2 tsp coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
- ¼ of a ripe banana
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp of chocolate chips Lily’s
- 1-2 tbsp of chia seeds optional
- Optional add-ons: coconut flakes mixed berries, cacao nibs, nut butter, sliced almonds
Instructions
- Puree the avocado until smooth. Mix together the cocoa powder, protein powder and milk. Combine with the avocado.
- Stir in sugar, banana, vanilla, chocolate chips or any other ingredients. Mix well. Stir in chia seeds. (If you want it sweeter add more sugar/banana). Transfer to bowls. Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Can serve with whipped coconut cream. Enjoy!
