
TRIPLE-CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED PUDDING
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips melted Lily’s or extra dark
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup organic chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- Toppings: fresh berries gf granola, whipped topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat cook the first 7 ingredients.
- Don't burn the mixture. Let cool.
- Next stir in chia seeds, cacao nibs, vanilla and protein powder. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for about six hours or overnight. Enjoy!
