
SESAME KALE SALAD
Ingredients
- 3-4 Bunches of Organic Kale about 8 oz
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil secret ingredient!
- 1 tsp sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Toss all the ingredients together. Next massage the kale and let sit for about 30 mins so the flavors can savor each other. Add a favorite protein for a nutritious meal. Serve when ready!
