SESAME KALE SALAD

Delicous and easy.
It is the dressing and sesame seeds that I use to make this next level amazing though. You have to sometimes massage your greens with some flavor to get what you need out of them, right? If you love Kale then you are an easy sell and you will love this. If you are new to kale, you will also love this because the dressing.
YOU CAN SERVE THIS WARM, COLD, OR AS A SIDE DISH. OR ADD A PROTEIN AND CALL IT A MEAL.

Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 Bunches of Organic Kale about 8 oz
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil secret ingredient!
  • 1 tsp sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Toss all the ingredients together. Next massage the kale and let sit for about 30 mins so the flavors can savor each other. Add a favorite protein for a nutritious meal. Serve when ready!

Notes

(Holds up in the fridge for about 2 days).
