Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Wash and dry zucchini. Cut the ends off and then cut each zucchini in "chips" or you can do wedges.
In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, nutritional yeast (or cheese), everyday seasoning, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
Working in batches, toss zucchini slices in coconut flour mixture until evenly coated. Arrange zucchini chips in a single layer in fryer tray/basket. Do not overlap wedges.
Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.
"Fry" in 400 degree air fryer for 7-9 mins and then flip over and do an additional 5-6 mins or until chips are crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
