1packet monk fruit or coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
1Tbspwater
1omega-3 egg
1tspfinely chopped bittersweet chocolate
Instructions
Spray a mug with cooking spray. Stir together all ingredients listed. Place in a mug, let sit for a few seconds.
Microwave on High for 1 minute plus 25-30 seconds. Remove with a pot holder and invert. Shake out the muffin. I add more chocolate on top to let it melt in.
