3 INGREDIENT KID-FRIENDLY PANCAKES

Loaded with omega-3s, protein, healthy fats and fiber. What else could you ask for? Perfect brain food for us all, especially a growing baby. Takes ya 5 mins too.
These are a MUST try and most likely you have all the ingredients. Chia seeds are found just about everywhere these days. You can also use basil seeds.
NOT ONLY DO WE CRAVE THESE BIG TIME… BUT OUR 9 MONTH OLD JUST LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES THEM TOO!
Like, he is “double-fisted inhaling” them every time we eat them together which is great because they can’t be any healthier and are naturally sweet! Thanks to a very ripe banana. These are the best and you can take them anywhere, even on the plane. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg yolks see note
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbs organic chia seeds
  • cooking spray or ghee butter is fine too for pan
  • add your favorite toppings: nut butter raw honey (not for baby FYI), mini chocolate chips, etc.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together. Note: you can use egg whites too but if using for a lil' eater, just make sure they can have the white.
  • In a skillet over low-medium heat, use a cooking spray or melted ghee/butter and form to make small pancakes. Takes no time and just make sure they don't burn. The banana can burn fast if you don't watch it. Enjoy!
