Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup sugar sweetener granulated (monk fruit or allulose)
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ¼ tsp salt
- Filling:
- 1 recipe of sugar free condensed milk find online
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup sugar-free butterscotch chips
- ½ cup Lily's sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven 400 degrees. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl mix all crust ingredients.
- Stir until well incorporated. Transfer into the baking dish, spread out crust evenly. Take a fork and poke some holes.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Make a sugar-free condensed milk. Combine nuts in a bowl with the shredded coconut and chocolate/butterscotch chips. Sprinkle mixture over the crust, leaving about 2 tbsp remaining.
- Pour condensed milk evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the remaining 2 tbsp. Bake for about 10 minutes at 350. Take out and keep in the fridge for about 2 hours or until the condensed milk has completely firmed up. Yum!
