Live 3 weekly workout zoom sessions include: focused on strength training (all levels welcome), cardio, mobility and core.

My name is Monica Nelson and I have been a trainer and nutritionist for over 17 years.

I work with many celebrities, athletes, founders, busy families, youth and seniors at every level and everyone in between, but mostly women who want a gentle and safe approach to wellness. My proven method for well over a decade, is gentle yet challenging workouts paired with long term nutrition that works. Frequently Asked

1. I am super busy - will I have time for this?

Yes! Workouts are 45 mins and flexible. In addition, the recipes and nutrition coaching, while very educational, are simple to follow and not overwhelming.

2. I am a beginner - will this work for me?

Absolutely. This is built for all levels, with modifications and progressions every step of the way. Likewise, if you are advanced, you also will have the appropriate progression options to be perfectly challenged.

3. If I miss a session, what happens? 

No worries, if you happen to need to miss a session, you can get a recording.

4. Can I get a refund?

We understand and at this time, we’re not offering refunds so all sales are final once payment is made. We feel very confident in this program and simply put, the 3M Method works.

5. Can I pay each month or is this only in full for the 3 month commitment?

Great question. First and foremost this is a three month commitment so we are only offering the three-month option paid in full for a total of $897. This also sets you up for being committed, dedicated and consistent which is a huge part of having success. We totally understand the interest in monthly payments, but at this time, we’re only set up for a three-month plan paid in full. 

6. Can you explain more of the nutrition coaching works?

Sure thing, you will have your own meal plan (that we pick together) to follow which includes 30 recipes along with a 4 week meal plan corresponding to the recipes and includes a full grocery list for each week. With all macros and calories included. Next, each week we have a zoom nutrition lesson we go over with PDFs included for you to keep forever. Then, we take time to answer all questions that may pop up so you get full clarity once and for all.

7. I have specific food intolerances/sensitivities/ and need certain modifications in my diet. How does that work for a meal plan?

Not a problem! Whether you follow plant-based, paleo, high-protein/protein forward, keto, pescatarain, vegetarian, gluten and grain free, dairy free, hormone focused, blood sugar balance focused, mediterranean or anti-inflammatory focused, we have a meal plan just for you to follow.
